PIC Thread!
I'll post some pictures tomorrow, as I'll have to take some. I'm very happy with the gains I'm seeing in the gym and I must say I train hard. I'm not the type of person to boast, but I've stuck at this. Since I started around 4 months ago, I've been the gym 4 days a week, every week and I've not missed a single day. When I started, I couldn't bench press the bar, now I do the bar and 30kg a side which I am amazed with. At the moment I do:
Monday: Chest, triceps and legs.
Tuesday: Shoulders, biceps and back.
Thursday: Repeat Monday,
Friday, repeat Tuesday.
Tuesday: Shoulders, biceps and back.
Thursday: Repeat Monday,
Friday, repeat Tuesday.
My only downside is I always wanna' do more. If you asked me to attempt to bench press your car, I'd be up for it. LOL. Luckily, I have a trainer who tells me to 'Put them down'. 
I was also doing cardio of a morning, but I slipped on some water in the kitchen and stretched all my leg, which messed me right up and the cardio stopped. I should look good for the college course I've been accepted on which is 4 days a week, starting in 8 weeks. I also went for a bone density scan which I have to because of one of my conditions, and I'm told it's up .6 which they say is excellent. Unless this laptop electricutes me, life couldn't be better.

Benni thats far too much each day... you must be in the gym for hours.
Only train one large muscle group per day...
Monday: Chest and triceps.
Tuesday: Legs.
Thursday: Back and biceps.
Friday: Shoulders and traps.
Dont forget your abs either.

I'm waiting for my Sister to come in to take the pictures. I can't take them in the mirror as the flash goes off and it doesn't work then. Flashy mobile phones and I can't even turn the flash off. I'll know the ins and outs of open heart surgery before I'll be able to work this phone.

anybody recomend a training plan for me as i dont trust the trainers in the gym lol
basically am 11 stone at the mo, slim build. want to bulk up a tad and get very toned.
Need to do more free weights but not sure what to do when it comes to free weights in all honesty, only ever done a bit of bence and a few different things on the cords.

Thought i'd jump in on this thread too being as my first session at the gym is tomorrow evening ! i haven't got any recent pics.. quite honestly, i hate having my pic taken - this pic was taken last year in july at caister - not that the location makes any difference !

I'm probably about 5 - 7 lbs heavier than that now. The pic is the reason i'm going to the gym, i look fookin horrid !
My leg's are strong as fook mind you and i can lift what i consider a reasonable weight ( i can carry 3 bag's of dry mix cement without too much effort ).

Dont listen to the so called PT in the gym they arent upto much - all too concerned with losing weight & cardio rather than bulking up & getting bigger!!!
Get ya ass off the machines aswell & get into the proper mens area with the free weights ya big tart!!!
These were me 6 years ago, been training for about 4 years seriously at this point, I was just getting ready to cut down to do my first show. Then my little girl came along and that was the end of that.



you'll have to excuse the black head, did it at the time and dont have the originals now. I started back 2 weeks ago now and got the mind set back that I used to have. I work away shit loads and this was my excuse for not training. Not any more, just gonna find gyms wherever Im working and get stuck in to it. In fairness I never lost much size, just definition, im carrying a mean 205/40/17 around my waist now and ive got a lovely fat arse but that should shift hopefully. Its just so demoralising at the gym looking at the weights I used to lift and struggling to lift half now. Diet has been pretty good these past two weeks and I reckon I can stick at it. Will post 'now' pictures in a few weeks.

watch out for comments on stretch marks..iv got them round my arms and waitline on my back..be accust of doin gear but iv never touched the stuff i got mine when i was 14 and growing..i was never a fat fooker till i reached 35
Me on holiday 2 weeks ago. Really need to sort myself out not been to the gym properly in 6-8weeks and put on atleast half-three quarters of a stone.
