Benni thats far too much each day... you must be in the gym for hours.
Only train one large muscle group per day...
Monday: Chest and triceps.
Tuesday: Legs.
Thursday: Back and biceps.
Friday: Shoulders and traps.
Dont forget your abs either.

Around an hour and a half a day. Everyone I speak to says it's best to do your major body parts twice a week, hence why I do.
