PIC Thread!
Know how you feel stu, I`ve got the good old glass back. Ever since I was 16 I hurt my back and since starting my weight training at 21 its been a constant battle. I have a strong back, if that makes sense, I can deadlift very heavey and nothing, then it`ll just go sometime for no reason. Get back into it mate, cant wait to see this gym.
Diet iseant exactly a perfect bulking diet but im happy so far but would ideally like to put a lil bit more mass on before i finish only 6 weeks left or summit so gonna really up the carbs next week along with cals and push the training that lil bit more aswell and get max out of last few weeks that i can

Edited to add a quick pic of my back.Been like this since a young age and my Dad turned 51 last week and he's still the same.Doc has told both of us its our high Test levels thats causing it

well done lads and lass, some of the changes/physiques are superb.
im just getting back into training after a very long break, id started when i was 13 in the spare garage with some cheap dumbells cos i was bullied at school for being a porker, by the time i was 15 and a half id grown to 6'1, lost most of my puppy fat (still had/have the unavoidable gut though) and had 18" biceps.
i lost interest because of personal problems, however i knew id get back into it so done out the garage so its more user friendly, and week before last hit the weights.
now, im without a doubt very overweight, 6'4 and probably around 20 stone (bit more maybe) , covered in stretch marks but im hopefully going to reverse it all!
i did take a 'now' picture, but im not going to post it yet - when i notice a difference ill take an 'after' and post the two.

Well done Petey and wont be too long before you start seeing changes.Keep up the hard work m8 and stick at it as you will probably remember it takes time and lots of effort

No believe it or not im running Sust Deca both @ 500mg per week as its Wildcat i couldnt be bothered doing 0.8ml of Deca each week so just ran 1ml lol.Lazy i know but sod it.Ran Prov for a couple of weeks about 3 weeks ago and due going back on for a couple of weeks again next week

I'm on WC sust, dbol, & oxys atm. Gained so well of this stuff.
MUCH, MUCH better than the GA stuff I ran last cycle (at the same dose)
I don't get on well with Deca that well though which is a shame

Good topic, good on you all. 
I was doing well right up until I hurt my poxy glass back just before Ella was born, now, 10 months later I have put back on the majority of the 2.5 stone I lost.
However, I'm back in the right mental zone and have spent this weekend building my own Gym... more details later.

I been training twice a week at the local gym for a few weeks now, i can feel the differnce already, they say no pain no gain, i have hardly been able to get out of bed in the mornings!

Taking pics of yourself is impossible i've just realised!! lol! When the missus gets back after the weekend i'll ask her to take some and post em up. Been training for just over a year now. Me and a mate worked out a routine that we do 3 times a week, takes about an hour and a half, all upper body, although in the last month i have started running everyday and doing a lot of sit ups too, i WILL get a 6 pack, end of! The difference from when i started to now is staggering though, both looks wise and how much weight i can lift just in that short space of time.
Personally i haven't got a particular diet, just 3 squares meals a day, i watch what i eat, and no drinking during the week. I also use creatine, 3 tabs before a workout and three after with a protein shake.
Little 'teaser', although this was taken about 8 months ago and i've come on a quite bit since then!

i aint puttin pics up till im half way happy ..im struggling with training and trying to strip..just aint got the energy..but all is going ok still doin abs hard and trying to rep out moor than bulk..but heavy and beatin personel bests givs ya a buzz
been back training for a fortnight or so now, really getting back into it, half hopurs cardio when i go in the gym, then jsut plenty of weights. starting to see mega differences straight away which am happy about, sould have some weight on me soon and a decend toned body.
some right wierdo goes to the same gym as me, bora with l33 something on the reg.... seems like a bit of a perv....
