well done lads and lass, some of the changes/physiques are superb.

just getting back into training after a very long break, id started when i was 13 in the spare garage with some cheap dumbells cos i was bullied at school for being a porker, by the time i was 15 and a half id grown to 6'1, lost most of my puppy fat (still had/have the unavoidable gut though) and had 18" biceps.
i lost interest because of personal problems, however i knew id get back into it so done out the garage so its more user friendly, and week before last hit the weights.
now, im without a doubt very overweight, 6'4 and probably around 20 stone (bit more maybe) , covered in stretch marks but im hopefully going to reverse it all!
i did take a 'now' picture, but im not going to post it yet - when i notice a difference ill take an 'after' and post the two.
