Ill take a better side on pic tomorrow and replace my old one as I rushed it tbh, I had to go RS meet.

im getting brave now there are some pics..this is just over a yr of training..nothing hard just getting into it..aint done any new pics lately so this is about 8 months old..
will get some new one's done cos i need to compare for myself

this pic is an early one about 6 months into it

and this is b4 i started ignore the moonie but its the only pic iv got of my back for comparrison..notice the obliques..chubby or wot

My regime at the min is a 2 day split over 3 days, mon, wed and fri.
Day 1
Squats - 4 x 12 with weight increasing 10k a time
Curls - either 3 x 8 or 10 or 12 depending on weight, try not to be routine about it so mix it a little.
Shrugs - heavy as poss 3 x 12
Bent over row - 150k 3 x 12,
Pull ups - own b/weight 3 x 12
Overhead tri press - 3 x 8
One more exercise that varys
Day 2
Flat bar bench - 5 x 8
30 Incline bench - 3 x 10
45 Incline bench - 3 x12
Seated o/head press - 3 x 8
Dips - b/weight - 3 x 12 sometimes depends how knackered i am
Front raises - 3 x 12
Behind neck press - 3 x10
It's not cast in stone, i try to vary a little to keep from getting too comfy, i have been lacking on adding weight for a while but know i havent been eating enough anyways.
Don't do half as much cardio as i used to but my work keeps me fit (postie) and i ride to and from work so it's some at least.
Should really go for a run but its just started raining..........

ill get some up of me at some point, i was skinny as hell when i was younger but now do regular light and medium gym work when i have the time, mainly weights and bike/cross country training but i need to start running again, not done so much running after i left the forces 2 years ago and it really shows now!
i barely drink now bar a few nights out, and also eat healthy now at work, harldly drink juice at work only water now and also skip the amounts of chocolate etc i used for energy bursts in the forces at the time.
pics up tonight or tomorrow when i find batteries for the camera!



look good..iv got 17.5 inch biceps and id give them up 2 moz if i could see them..the only way mine show is when there 18inch plus and thats to hard work..

This has been after 8 months back into it and about 4 months more serious about things.I had a 6/7ys break from any training due to a few problems but getting there slowly

Believe it or not but thats a 15.5" bicep currently 15 stone and 5' 11"
Edited to add a pic i have before i started back training.This pic is a few years old so even less muscle and more fat from then till before i started back last August

Sned, in the nicest possible way I had an image of you in my head of being bigger. Just going by some of the advice and extras you offer etc, funny how you imagine folks aint it. Nowt wrong with you btw, I just pictured an animal. 
These must have been put on here before of me as they are still in my Photobucket account and I rarely use it. I spose I should take some more recent pics.


I guess I'm about a stone heavier now (17s.2lb, 6ft odd, 18.5" arms) than when they were taken but its probably mostly fat.
Not quite so much definition at the moment but now the better weathers coming I can start to cut up a bit. That said I'm not after the cut look of gribbins mate.

down to 11 now, fairly slim.
jsut started back at the gym training pretty hard, want to put a bit of weight on me and get it so i look pretty toned and defined.
need to sort my diet out too its a load of shite at the minute.
dont know where to start diet wise lol
my inspiration is my brother, he trains everyday and is a pretty big lad, mega strong. i train with him so have got somebody to push me ALOT.
love it

Colege Life is shit aint it. Was so much more energetic when I lived at home last year.
