i will get some pics tommorow i used to be 12 stone and MEGA chubby,
down to 11 now, fairly slim.
jsut started back at the gym training pretty hard, want to put a bit of weight on me and get it so i look pretty toned and defined.
need to sort my diet out too its a load of shite at the minute.
dont know where to start diet wise lol
my inspiration is my brother, he trains everyday and is a pretty big lad, mega strong. i train with him so have got somebody to push me ALOT.
