Taking pics of yourself is impossible i've just realised!! lol! When the missus gets back after the weekend i'll ask her to take some and post em up. Been training for just over a year now. Me and a mate worked out a routine that we do 3 times a week, takes about an hour and a half, all upper body, although in the last month i have started running everyday and doing a lot of sit ups too, i WILL get a 6 pack, end of! The difference from when i started to now is staggering though, both looks wise and how much weight i can lift just in that short space of time.
Personally i haven't got a particular diet, just 3 squares meals a day, i watch what i eat, and no drinking during the week. I also use creatine, 3 tabs before a workout and three after with a protein shake.
