I'll post some pictures tomorrow, as I'll have to take some. I'm very happy with the gains I'm seeing in the gym and I must say I train hard. I'm not the type of person to boast, but I've stuck at this. Since I started around 4 months ago, I've been the gym 4 days a week, every week and I've not missed a single day. When I started, I couldn't bench press the bar, now I do the bar and 30kg a side which I am amazed with. At the moment I do:
Monday: Chest, triceps and legs.
Tuesday: Shoulders, biceps and back.
Thursday: Repeat Monday,
Friday, repeat Tuesday.
My only downside is I always wanna' do more. If you asked me to attempt to bench press your car, I'd be up for it. LOL. Luckily, I have a trainer who tells me to 'Put them down'.

I was also doing cardio of a morning, but I slipped on some water in the kitchen and stretched all my leg, which messed me right up and the cardio stopped. I should look good for the college course I've been accepted on which is 4 days a week, starting in 8 weeks. I also went for a bone density scan which I have to because of one of my conditions, and I'm told it's up .6 which they say is excellent. Unless this laptop electricutes me, life couldn't be better.
