Sun 1 hr taekwondo
Mon chest and tries
tues cardio and abs
wed 1 hr Taekwondo then bicep and back
thurs cardio and abs
friday shoulders (and legs if enough time)
sat (optional) cardio (and legs if not done frid)
plus swim and sauna every night
