Only train one large muscle group per day...
Monday: Chest and triceps.
Tuesday: Legs.
Thursday: Back and biceps.
Friday: Shoulders and traps.
Dont forget your abs either.

if your gonna loose a day stick bie's in with back and tri's in with chest
