I'm sure you can put some size on with the correct training mate... Post your regime and diet first, and see if you can put some on without the gear is my advice.

Being Blunt, Your diet is SHITE.

Your not growing as you simply aint eating enough.

Without even seing pics of you its obvious your miles away from being ready for steroids.

They aint no quick fix mate and not to be jumped into.

Get yourself onto http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/index.php and get reading.

Then you dont have time for steroids either mate, its not a quick fix and without the proper diet the gains would be pointless and not worth while.

Yea you would have put on a stone of water weight NOT Muscle mate.

You got stronger as you was heavier due to water retention thus making you stronger.

Not Real Gains.

Plenty people will give you advice (me included) but its all going to be the same and aimed at a Proper diet and training before going down the steroid route.

You can cook things like chicken and rice and throw it in a tupperware box and throw it down you at work. I have to do it at college, in my 15 minute break. OK, It's cold and it's not the nicest of things, but it does the job.

I know it's hard to get meals in while at work (I'm a roofer)
Look at meal replacement shakes on myprotein, to have while at work between breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Deca is not a good choice either as a stand alone med. It is very good at building mass, but as said above if your not eating it's a total waste of time and money.

You're diet is terrible and tbh it doesnt sound like you train very well either.

So you've already been on dbol and you're 11st and only training for 1.5 years. You're the typical gym goer. Wanna gret big without putting the effort in.

How the fuck would you know how he trains? You've not see him training. People are too quick sometimes to assume other people aren't dedicated or train poorly.

TBH Brad said it in 1 m8 your diet is poor.Eat at minimum double what your eating just now and you will grow.Everybody has it hard eating around work but many of the biggest guys on here manage it without steds so thats not an excuse

A good friend of mines who at a guestimate is prob 20stone and approx 14% bodyfat works 12 hour shifts eats like there is no tommorrow and trains like a bull says and i quote 'eat till you puke then eat some more'

You say you train 4 days, chest, shoulder, back and arms? What about legs and abs? Also you seen pretty small and skinny so why after only a year and a half training are you doing 6 x 3 or 4?

ps. you dont eat like a horse

I was only trying to help but if you're convinced you're training and eating well you charge on and keep doing it.

Hi mate before you try steroids there are some other options ?
from your posts i assume you want to bulk up
first of all i would recommend focusing on compound exercises (benchpress/squats/deadlift)
try and do 2 of these exercises per workout and finish on maybe some arms/shoulders/stomach/lats.
heavy squats can increase your strength and size up to 15% over time

Also try changing your protien drinks met-rex is the best ive found .
if you have the can afford it i would have a protein drink 3 times a day
morning/post workout/before bed .

and dont be afraid to eat fatty foods burgers/pizza/chips/icecream you sound like you have a very fast metabolism so you need to stuff your face at every oportunity .

and try to think longterm theres no such thing as a quick fix if you want to get big/strong it takes a long time.

hope i havent been 2 annoying lol
