Default sleep paralysis? anyone had it?

i was asleep in the car on the way down to london this morn, and i felt like i woke up i felt like i was going to be sick (i haven't vometed in atleast 6 odd years) and i wanted to open the window to be sick out of i went to open my eyes and couldn't and also couldn't move then i started to feel like i couldn't breath and panic'd a little.

it was honestly the most un pleasent feeling ever i shat myself cos i couldn't move or breath, my mate said i didn't move or anything and just sat there silent so said i must of been dreaming, spoke to my mom earlier and she told me i could of suffered with sleep paralysis, anyone else had anything like it, i wish it upon no one, i honestly hope i never have it again

Yes, but only if I fall asleep on a chair or settee.
I Wake up but can't move or open my eyes, like I'm still exhausted.

Didn't realise it was called Sleep Paralysis till you posted.

Never felt sick tho'

honestly mate i thought it was fucking horrible yes i did feel sick at first but that went also i did feel like you said just so tired i can't move, honestly if you get it often i feel for you.

the breathing is the worst part about it, i couldn't say or do anything just lie there.

I love it when i wake up, best sigh of relief ever. I've always put it down to the abuse i've given my body over the years.

Horrid thing.

ive never had that, but ive had a waking dream, thats where you wake up in your dream. you realise your dreaming and asleep, but you can piss about in your mind and do anything you want to. only happened a few times tho, but when you do wake up, you feel gr8!
