Jailed for driving without licence or insurance
Personally, I think this is a good thing.

i fully agree with the death bit if you kill someone you should be put away unless under curcumstances where it was proved to be just a very bad accident, but i still think 9 month for taking someones life is just pure shit tbh that is nothing compared to what the family of the deciest are going through

It's a good start, think it should be 5 years minimum.
She wasn't even given the longest that she could have been given.
This is despite her clear intention of never trying to bother with such technicalities as a license and insurance.
The judge bans her for two years, whoopee, does he really believe she won't drive, she did for another three years after getting convicted earlier, so she'll be out in roughly 22 weeks, for someones life!!
What I would want to know is why she was not picked up sooner, when people are banned etc the local police are informed, as persistent offenders can then be watched.
