Having Sleeping problems..can anyone help?!?!?
good morning peeps!!
For some reason, for the last week or so, I just cannot fall asleep!!!!
I will lie there for about 2-3 hours and thats it.....NOTHING!!!

I keep going to bed lat.......... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzz

as i was saying, i keep going to bed later and later but it don't make no difference!!
was round my mums last night and she said to me am i worried about anything? Not that i know of!?!!??! when you got a face like mine, there are never any worries!!!!!
Works not getting to me or owt, so i dunno really?!?!?!?
Anyone suggest anything to help me sleep at all??? (apart from hitting the bottle)
coz if my bags under my eyes get any bigger, people will start to put their shopping in them!!

I'm another one who has problems sleeping but just have to give it time.
One time i decided to think of something calming like the sea or a gentle river but that just made me want to go for a pi$$.
Only other thing is to try sleeping tablets.

am haveing relaxation therapy at mo mate at 300 notes a session ive just been givin a cd thats a gem i was taken thru the cd by my pyscotherapist on tuesday he neally fell asleep and so did i pmsl works a treat youd be amazed what not being able to relax can cause insomnia is top of list

mate erbs just sustain a normal state for me
without them id cease to function had a bad ofski on a bike into a mondy at mach 2 3 yrs ago shock related i have to much adrenalin in my system its like natural coke and jus like coke makes ya hyper and edgey and fruity hence the therapy

You should try to relax or be more relaxed, do some excercise or summit to expel some energy then have a long hot bath etc to relally relax eat summit good for you tho not crap junk and when you go to bed all relaxed try not to think to much about trying to get to sleep, if that makes sense
Seriously mate, I had a problem sleeping for a while, it's not good.
The best thing is to read a book, if you're not a big reader try some of the "young adult" books like Artemis Fowl, Dark Lights Trilogy etc. [even Harry Potter] just as you're in bed.
Reading uses the same part of your brain that dreaming does so it helps get you into the right state for a good nights sleep.
