Serious topic 1 & half sleep a day
I am having real problems sleeping have tried the usual remedys and sleeping pills (but sleeping pills had a bad reaction).Any one have ideas its driving me fooking nuts

its real bad for your health if you dont sleep!
you gotta try and think why you aint sleeping
changed your diet, stress from work? things on your mind?
if its things on your mind, have a pen and paper by your bed and write down the things that you think you need to remember!
ive gone though a phase of not sleeping and it isnt nice at all, in the end i wasnt sleeping because i got used to not sleeping but i still would be fucked all day in work

Have a few things on mind yes and have to be at work at 6 am in the moring for a 12 hour shift.
But ache so much and my eyes sting now more wake than ever

I always find smoking a fat reefer helps me sleep
Seriously though its your brain still active and going over things that you've done during the day and need to let go...
Not sure on the best way to do it though, its proper shit not being able to sleep

Had thought of that as option but already on a wraning from work for being hungover and have random drug tests at work.And not best liked by the security at the best of times

My bad reaction to sleeping pills, when I was prescribed them for the full clinical insomnia in Uni, was to make me sleep...
Doesn't sound too bad, but the bad part is that they literally made me sleep for a week......so I went from missing all my lectures because I couldn't sleep at night (so had to sleep during the day) to missing all my lectures because I slept non-stop for a week (with the odd waking-hour here and there to grab something to eat/drink or pop to the toilet).
Although I did feel a lot better after that week, and managed to sleep slightly more regularly, so I guess they did help in the long-run.

Just stting her and trying to close my eyes and sleep but feels like my eye lids are glued open
Getting very bad tempered and aggressive and the only thing that makes sleep now is drink but then not for long 3 hours max
