im the same every night. proper knackered - but the moment i lay down my brain starts working and keeps me up.

i normally just watch something boring on telly and it normally sends me off!

Not tonight dave, but did last nite, at about 2.30am

Was about to go to bed n thought "i know..."



Nobody new, but its not the gf Was good even if i did have to put up with her watching Big Brother on E4 for about 15mins, so i just took some pics while i was bored



Matt- Yea, thats the trouble, my brain wont shut down, car thoughts in my head too much

Mac- I am in bed! I put the PC n TV off for an hour or so but couldnt sleep so back

Beating one off wont help this time either, im already spent
