I dont know if its the weather been like it is or just me in the past 3/4 weeks, but I always seem not to be able to sleep around this time every night. It just gets to a certain time and I'm wide awake

The problem is come about 1-2 o clock in the afternoon and i feel well fecked. Maybe its time to subscribe to to sleeping tablets as I'm getting a bit stressed about it

Or maybe I should get a part time night job or a paper round and earn some more money

shudve finished by 2 but ive been too busy watching TV so ive not really started

good job as well as im still getting fonecalls from dumbass engineers so wouldve been woke up anyhow

regarding sleeping, if its silence it often makes it harder for me to sleep, i always have the fan on, that sorts it
