Default After 23 Years of the Road

M.O.T..d, Taxed (a Nightmare after being sorned since 2001), insured, another P.I.T.A., about to take this out for a blast!
Borrowed a Timing Gun but guy had to take it back to his work before I could adjust it.
Sitting at approx 13 degrees before TDC. Fully balanced engine, ported head, Piper 285T2 cam, Bayjoo Chip, upgraded actuator. lightened flywheel
and uprated clutch, turbo actuator set Cowboy Style (half the bolt shit), who knows what boost?
This safe to hopefully drive to Sitech 7/8 miles away for a set up if I screw the Nut? No power steering and launches itself
with a touch on the Loud pedal, scares the sh-t out of me, used to 2.4 auto Hondas these days!

Just a thought all done in a rush. I'd already prepared the vacuum tube to the ECU to take of and plug the intake with blu tack
and tried to use the gun. Noticed the revs dropped to about 600. Guy appeared but we were in such a hurry forgot to
take the tube off and plug the intake to manifold.
Will this make a huge difference to the result? When checking it again should the idle be upped to 900 when the vacuum is disconnected?
It's over 20 years since I've done this, new water pump, tensioner and timing belt done and really rather make sure the timing is right before
going out and giving it some stick. Hopefully being careful the boost gauge should give me some idea what the actuators set at.
