Thumbs up odd boost(help)

serviced my s2 today after she sailed the mot runs spot on drives fine quiet as a mouse took it 4 a spin and sometimes it will only boost 2 psi or so.new race tech gauge. i havent had her set up since 2005 but have not tamrered with[timing boost presure]im assuming i need an actuator as it feels as as if the waste gate isnt opening

standard car(unchipped}

im thinking the easiest option is to get a chip actuator and set up?
engine advantages is on my doorstep field motorsport is a stones throw as is rallytech and shepardsmotors
last setup the car made 130bhp 164.5 torque all origional{turbo.cam.pistons the lot}117kmiles.what power would you estimate i would make at 1 bar im thinking 150 to 160 bhp
thanks in advance fellas

130 is a little bit down on stock power but it has done 117k so there will be loads of wear, specially on the cams and lifters.
If i were you i'd change the above then chip it and have it set up, otherwise you'll be hammering heavily worn parts!
You would make about 180 to 190bhp at 14psi if you've got a good exhaust and air filter as well as your chipped ECU, but your old cam will hold you back, i'm suprised it isnt tappy!

its a well kept car.my uncle who owned the car for 12 years before me says it is testement to mobil1.

i am fully aware of the ware and tare issues but as said in post it needs a set up and sure it needs an actuator so therefore rather than pay £70 for actuator and fit it myself then pay £120 4 a set up imay aswell pay 4 a chip n set up and grab a few bhp.

not trying to brake any records just looking at the most cost effective and beneficial route to solve my said situattion
