thinking about cutting my losses and getting rid of it!!!!! Bloody headache
Dont give up now, you are nearly there, just change the bad arm and get it set up, you will have refreshed suspension and it will drive well.

Neither of your last posts sound too positive, thanks for the heads up on redline.
The problem with your car is that it is in need of professional work. I mean that you have changed the dampers and springs, the rear arm, it's got uprated roll bars on it etc etc. The rear end is clearly not right, even the recent mechanic says so. There is a visible difference on the rear arms, a roll bar drop link out of line etc. It's easy for a garage to "line up" the wheels and get it pointing in the right direction. It's not easy to get the geometry correct for the modifications you have.
If you've only ever noticed the difference visually due to the mud flaps I wouldn't worry too much. If you like the way it drives, it doesn't wear tyres etc, then enjoy driving it. Change the rear spring arm and bolt (should really be done in axle pairs) and enjoy the car. Do a bit of research, make some enquiries and if you want to get it set up properly at a proper suspension specialist then do so.

I have just ordered a new rear lower swing arm and a new rear link! Gonna try it and see what happens! The guy at the garage said bring her back when I done the arm and he will adjust the new one for free!

the car drives perfect for me! She pulls like a weapon! Cp320 map, every time I drive her I get excited and can’t help but smile!the new mud flaps rub in the floor if I go round a corner and that has put a downer on it for me! .... it’s a love hate relationship at min

That's the exact reason I got rid of mine, it needed a clutch, driveshaft, tyres, bit of paint on the bonnet and front bumper and had a niggling fault where it kept going into limp mode, I changed everything trying to cure it but it never went away.

Traded it in for a 1.8 diesel mondeo and it was the second worst decision of my life, I really should have sorned it, bought a cheap daily and fixed it up as I could afford it then used it as a toy.

It's up in Edinburgh now, lad who owns it tracked me down on Facebook.

‘I had a wonderful m135i BMW which had an annoying judder and wander at speed, I was a bit bored and chopped it in, the car had some lovely upgrades and I should have just put it in a bmw specialist and got it fixed, I wouldn’t have been much....I do miss that car.

Not had it long I got it cheap 2500. It’s on 143 thousand miles. Pulls well it’s meant to be 280. I’ve done the front bushes fitted a cat back mongoose system. Full service fixed the drivers seat. I’ve tidied up a few bits it drives fault less I really do like it far more than I thought I would. I’ve replaced the missing under tray as well. Just ordered a new stereo and dab aerial for it and the loom to still use the volume stalk. I think next it will be 20mm rear and 15mm front wheel spacers and a bigger front intercooler. I’ll not go too mad as I’m more interested in my Sierra.

i had a couple garages look at it n they say it might have hit a kurb once before and could possibly have damaged the lower control arm on front maybe ?

The left arm looks like it's hanging down a lot more than the right to me or a different arm?

Where it's bolted

I just fitted polly bushes to the upper and lower rear control arms on mine what a cunt lol. I’ll do the proper rear arms when I get some lower springs as mine looks like a big foot with wheel spaces on standard springs
