Default uneven pad wear

I just striped the brakes on the back on my 2wd saph and on one side the disk seemed a bit loose on the hub, also the pads were worn uneven.

Im gona rub it all down to remove all rust but had anyone got any tips to make sure it dont happen again once i put it back.

If you pansy the brakes all the time they seize the pistons, very very common, I had 3 seized one side, two on the other side when I bought my car, all sorted now though after I overhauled them.
They were so seized that I had to wreck two of them to get them out.
