I think he's a threat, not for the title, but to be a severe spanner in the works.

IMO at 41, he has lost the killer/winning edge he had, but has not lost the burning desire to win at all costs...... so if he sees the opportunity to become a mobile roadblock, or bend the rules to suit him, then I'm sure he'll grasp it.

I would love to be proved wrong on and see him lift another title though, would be absolutely epic!! What sort of odds is he getting at the moment??

Cheers,
Grant

Nope, going to be running 120-130ltr tanks rather than last years 50-60ltr tanks according to the pre-qualifying schmoozing that Jakester from the BBC was doing down the pit lanes.

I think its a great move by Mercaedes, who else knows how the winning job works better than him and Brawn, Ideal tutors for Rosberg and Team Kraut.

Not saying that he's not experienced and that its not an absolutely brilliant signing for Mercedes mate... just think that he's a little rusty/old to become a serious contender to the title, meaning that he'll be around to mix things up a bit, which is a good thing too!!

Grant

Schuey wont contend for the title, But i reckon his signing is a massive leap for the team to take titles, bring Rosberg on and possibly create something for the next driver.

I think if we get halfway through the season and Schuey's getting beat by Rosberg his neck problem will resurface again and he'll have to retire...

I like Rosberg and it's good to see him in a potential race winning car. I was just fearful that maybe this season will determine his career if Schuey is to come back and beat him.

Is he back from the dead?

I'll be watching this season to see how it goes. MacLarens new rear wing design has caused a stir already.
