I think its a great move by Mercaedes, who else knows how the winning job works better than him and Brawn, Ideal tutors for Rosberg and Team Kraut.
Not saying that he's not experienced and that its not an absolutely brilliant signing for Mercedes mate... just think that he's a little rusty/old to become a serious contender to the title, meaning that he'll be around to mix things up a bit, which is a good thing too!!
