Yer i know it doesnt have no fat in it but they have a lot of protein in and not much fat. Chicken does have a lot of fat in and is considered a bulking meat isnt it

he never said chicken he said chicken breast
which comes under the lean meat category
it has 3.2g of fat per 100g(3 1/2 oz) so is considered lean
where as cottage cheese and nuts arent even meats
how does nuts not have much fat in it? seriously are you at the wind up?
anyway fat doesnt make you fat,you need fat in your diet
