I'm not taking anything as in anabolics, just protein powder and creatine.

Low carb sounds doable, I'm in a active job on my feet for 9 hours a day min.

I will look at keto diet.

I think realistically I need to drop about a stone while retaining as much muscle as poss.

Had a better look at the keto diet, tbh i don't fancy having no veggies for any length of time (providing info I was reading was correct)

So its deffo low carb high protein and as much cardio as I can get in. Turns out I've only 7 weeks, so will see how I go. Taken a picture this morning so hopefully I will be able to post a decent before and after.

nah can't get any decent f/b's anymore, so picked up some sida cordofolia to help a little.

Just gonna try and eat clean, hopefully consume in region of 150 grams of carbs a day, plenty of water, chicken salads for dinner's protein shake late afternoon with a spoon of peanut butter. see how I go from there.

Fat burners that worked well for me were elite nutrition weight loss stack, all legal and available from the elite nutrition website, are really strong tho and made me feel sick for the first few days.

Slash the carbs, replace them with protein or veg.
2k calories a day max? I'm no pro on this by any means, just seems logical

cut out 98% of crap, eg bad carbs

Only have 2 weetabix in the morning.

Chicken salad ur tuna salads at dinner

Low carb protein shake inbetween meals

Sensible evening meals, although these have had carbs in them, as its whatever the mrs makes.

Also plenty of water where possible.

No beer midweek,

When not at work, straight to gym on a empty belly to try and hit the fat stores (I have a 200mg caffine pill) normally 5-10 on a rower, 25-30mins on the cross trainer and 8-10 fast walk on tread mill to cool down and stop sweating lol

Also now doing 15mins cardio after 2-3 weight sessions per week.

Calorie wise I've no idea how many I'm consuming at the minute.
