steroids do make you stronger they also make you fatter if you dont eat or train correctly,there not a magic pill as some seem to think BUT used correctly they can be superb
people shouldnt even consider steroids untill there in there 30s
its not about lifting heavy wwights mate for 1 rep,its about "lift light and do it right"

Seriously, why are people trying to give him serious advice?
Before i would touch any gear your best of going for a month or 2 get your form correct, ive seen people try working shoulders and end up with sore biceps. gear or no gear if your doing it wrong nothing will help.
before you start you want to be able to do a good 1-2 hrs in the gym and rep good amounts, if you just jump on the gear go gym lift crap for a few reps then leave after 15mins you will just end up a mess.
again as above a good diet can be as good as any steroid.
as some one mentioned sus250 is good, 4 different tests that will provide a increase and constant supply of testosterone.
also what i would say if you considering steroids, dont think just because Mr "A" got good gains and little side effects the you will be in the same boat listen to your own body and if there bad you stop and try something else.

you lift one day and cardio another,mainly for 1 hour tops

I remember a mate of mine trying steroids back when we was 17/18 as a quick way to get big, it wasn't long before his skin reacted badly and was having massive mood swings, people could tell he was using them.
Apparently he stopped taking them soon after that and hasn't touched them since. I don't see him anymore but I've seen some recent pictures of him and considering how he used to have a skinny frame, he has very pronounced shoulders and his face has changed shape a lot with a massive chin. I'm told these are sure signs of using steroids?

30 might be stretching it a bit, but 20 is way too young. It took me til about 26-27 until my body had decided exactly how it was going to be. Everyone is different, but 20 is definitely too young
tbh i think it would only ever do u damage if u were on such a massive dose or maybe growth, remember steriods are all natural products your body produces to a certain extent so unless your jabbing 20ml a week im sure its fine
Anapalon 50 (mg) is an oral and very toxic. I would go so far to state that they are the worst for you in terms of toxidity and side effects. They put stress on your liver and generally make you feel like shit. If any steroid is going to get you close to the steriotypical roid rage user that the media promotes, this would be it.
Alot of the gains will be water. If you want to bloat up quickly then they are good but be prepared to lose it all when you come off.
A first time user would want to steer clear! You would only need 25-30mg ed, not 50!

havent read the whole post but somebody might of already said this,
firstly never run deca on its own, its far to harsh and will shut u do like no 1s business
if you feel like yuo want to and its right for you, the first best cycle would be 12weeks running test e at 500mg a week, with a either a preload of test in the first week or dbol at 30mg a day for the first 4 weeks. you will get some good grorth from that, not huge but enough to notice, but you must have a proper diet in place and train hard, you need to eat enough complexs carbs and protain to enable growth and repair or injecting will be pointless, also YOU MUST HAVE A GOOD P.C.T IN PLACE!!! after yuor cycle you need certain drugs which get your natural test working again. Its all well and good people saying steriods are bad dont do it, but if the reserach is done properly, quilty phama used and a good pct in place, its no worse for you then binge drinking on a friday and saturday night, the drinking is proberly worse! and roid rage is bollocks, it all depends on the person, if you agressive in general, a huge amount of test obviously will highten this, in me i acturly find it makes me in a better mood!
