To be fair if he wants to know then these no harm pointing some one in the right direction.
Before i would touch any gear your best of going for a month or 2 get your form correct, ive seen people try working shoulders and end up with sore biceps. gear or no gear if your doing it wrong nothing will help.
before you start you want to be able to do a good 1-2 hrs in the gym and rep good amounts, if you just jump on the gear go gym lift crap for a few reps then leave after 15mins you will just end up a mess.
again as above a good diet can be as good as any steroid.
as some one mentioned sus250 is good, 4 different tests that will provide a increase and constant supply of testosterone.
also what i would say if you considering steroids, dont think just because Mr "A" got good gains and little side effects the you will be in the same boat listen to your own body and if there bad you stop and try something else.
