no good swinging big lumps of steel around when your not hitting the muscle your are training to train
I see it all the time in my gym young lads 10 stone wet through throwing weights around,then Iam stood at the side curling a 12 k dumbell correctly
steroids do make you stronger they also make you fatter if you dont eat or train correctly,there not a magic pill as some seem to think BUT used correctly they can be superb
people shouldnt even consider steroids untill there in there 30s
Yeh i totaly agree with you there too.I see you lads swinging the weights about too.I just laugh at them.
