getting fit and using weights ? any tips ?

hello, im sick of being a fat cunt so am going to get fit and hopefully build some muscle. but idk where to start ?
i know i eat too much and dont do enough. and ill admit it.
i have a weights bench and a heap of weights but idk where to start with em ?
if you lift weights what do you do ? how many sets of how many reps ?
idk wtf its called apart from bench press, what else is there to do with weights ?
anybody done this ?? if so, any tips / help ?

if your a fat cunt you need to start with your diet as well as training or you'll just be burning off the shite your eating mate. you gotta start jogging,cross trainer, swimming, cycling or any other cardio to get rid of the fat before you start weights bud.

right, ive stopped eating the shite. eating fish once a day now. along with, meat, fruit, cerial etc. no more pizza, burgers etc.
what should i do next ? time to start weights ?

Hi mate the best thing you can do is start off with light weights, do 4or5 sets of each exersise and high reps say 15 per set, train every other day to allow the body to recover and do loads of cardio exersise, make sure you eat a high fibre breakfast and eat smaller portions the key hear is little and often,remember the obvious things also count like cutting back on the carbs like bread,patatos ect,ect and also the fatty food,you can eat as much fruit and salad as you like so there is no need to starve, i have beeb training and bodybuilding for over 35yrs so if you need any other help send me a personal message,good luck,work hard and believe in yourself and it will happen, cliff

join a gym it will get you motivated to actually get out of the house to train,even id you feel like shit get to the gym once you start a routine all will kick into place and you will feel great,also try to find a training partner it will make you push harder.
the hardest part joining a gym is walking through the door,dont worry if your a fatty you have made the move to do something about dont be embarressed no one will be looking at you

Gotta disagree there mate. Weight lifting burns a hell of a lot of calories and more importantly prevents you from looking flabby when you lose the fat.

A lot of people fall into the trap were they do weights to lose fat but when they get on the scales they are not losing weight or put on and they lose the will then like i have plenty of times, But in fact your losing fat and gaining muscle.
always best to forget the scales and use the mirror
