getting fit and using weights ? any tips ?
hello, im sick of being a fat cunt so am going to get fit and hopefully build some muscle. but idk where to start ?
i know i eat too much and dont do enough. and ill admit it.
i have a weights bench and a heap of weights but idk where to start with em ?
if you lift weights what do you do ? how many sets of how many reps ?
idk wtf its called apart from bench press, what else is there to do with weights ?
anybody done this ?? if so, any tips / help ?
