getting fit and using weights ? any tips ?
Hi mate the best thing you can do is start off with light weights, do 4or5 sets of each exersise and high reps say 15 per set, train every other day to allow the body to recover and do loads of cardio exersise, make sure you eat a high fibre breakfast and eat smaller portions the key hear is little and often,remember the obvious things also count like cutting back on the carbs like bread,patatos ect,ect and also the fatty food,you can eat as much fruit and salad as you like so there is no need to starve, i have beeb training and bodybuilding for over 35yrs so if you need any other help send me a personal message,good luck,work hard and believe in yourself and it will happen, cliff
