but first of all as its been said sort your diet out you will be surprized hpw a stone will fall off,then cardio at least 3 times per week then introduce the weights,get rid of the fat first
join a gym it will get you motivated to actually get out of the house to train,even id you feel like shit get to the gym once you start a routine all will kick into place and you will feel great,also try to find a training partner it will make you push harder.
the hardest part joining a gym is walking through the door,dont worry if your a fatty you have made the move to do something about dont be embarressed no one will be looking at you
