ok not to bad then,i'm 6'4" and 17 stone 5llb and in reasonable shape really buddy slimming pills are not much cop on there own, speak to your doctor they will perscribe you some blue capsules that basically make you burn fat but they will give you the tots lol, with a good healthy diet and some exercise you can do it yourself your not that over weight, there are some other products like thermobol,t5 and green tea that bodybuilders like myself use which are very good but they only really work with exercise and you must drink plenty of water,if you need any further help with a diet or excersise plan please let me know, good luck buddy. cliff

If they worked everyone would be taking them, better off just doing it the proper way insted of taking pills eating pizza and expecting to get ripped.

mate i als have arthritus and at 51 i find training harder than ever but if i stop training my muscles start to shrink which means the joints get less support this then results in more pain, also by sticking to the exercise you will keep your weight down which will also help the joints you really dont need diet pills, eat lots of fruit and veg,cut back on the carbs, sugars and fats and the arthritus will inprove,i was told i had arthritus at the age of 27 and i'm still training even after numurus joint operations, cliff

It's spelt Ephedrine. Maybe google it spelt right to see what it actually is and the side effects. Its an amphetamine just like speed!
There is also clenbuterol but I strongly I agree with the others when they say you don't need it.

There are diet pills called Effigen.
From what I've seen its herbal crap, selling mostly because people cant tell the difference between effigen and ephedrine.
