Putting on weight.. HELP!!
Right this is totaly embarrasing..
About 2yrs ago i had a breakdown n shit and was ill for a long time.. I lost shit loadz of wieght, went from 12.5 stone to 7.. obviously as i got better i put it back on.. but ive neva broke the 10stone barrier since..
Pisses me off coz being 6ft 2 it means im built like a chopstick.. Are there any pills or shit i can get to make me put more weight on, ive tried doubling my diet, i smoke alot so i always have the munchies too but dosnt help.
Propa gettin me down now tho..

i used to have the same problem m8 , i couldnt break 10 and a half so i went on steroids , the only bit of advice i can give you is dont touch them with a barge pole ! they can really fuck you up .
i was getting injected in the stomach twice a week , it helped slow the metabalism down and made me put on weight , the problem is when your using steroids you never really feel they are working so you keep wanting to do more .
i stopped using them but still suffer with bad mood swings and occasional bad skin, im now on anti depressants to keep the mood swings under controll
i also have very stretchy skin on my torsoe where i got big too quickly and then got smaller again .
i would suggest getting really fit . that way if your body needs to get bigger it will do it naturally , also dont eat too many fatty foods cos it wont do you any good .
im reasonably happy with my weight now but im paying the price for my stupidity in other ways .

Lucky u m8 i cant seem to break the 14.5 stone sitting at 15 just now but going for the kill b4 crimbo so ill hopefully be running 14 for crimbo , but ppl dsay i dont look right anything under 15 , try buying a PS2 , ehhh some san andreas and followed by pro evo 4 and some crisps , chips , chinkys etc LOL oh and some snickers there always a safe bet

there two types of weight gain things i and my friends have used before . the first is Instant Whey by a company called Reflex. this one is a mild weight gain i use to use cos im a fence by trade so im always doing digging and things everyday so i want to have a bit more weight to work on cos my arms were getting a bit bigger and stronger so i took this. the oether one i think was called Instant Mass from the same company this was the same idea but it put more weight on you and you had to go to the gym so u could work it in to muscle!!! i think i payed about Ł50 for a tub and all you do is mix it with water (or milk)_ and drink once or twice a day!

that stuff wont do nuthin normal food wont do mate.....whey is a fast absorbing protein not something you personally need for the money.
concentrate on high calorie but sensible food.....proteins, complex carbs and quality fats will see you better than that stuff.
the weight gain before you ask is just simple sugars packed in to make up the calories, which unless used at the right time will just plonk fat on you anyway, which you dont want even if you do want to gain weight cos it will put your body & heart under more stress which isnt worth it for a few lbs!!!

i got the same trouble mate.
i'm 6ft and a strong breeze might knock me over,
i (usually) eat every 2 hours or i get hungery. drink loads of milk,
and never put on any weight...
fook knows, i dunno if i can do anythin about it.

Ballin is right the stuff just takes the headache out of what to eat. theres so many do's and dont's about whats good to eat and whats not.i just had the instant whey cause i dont usually eat in the day when im at work. if you want more info their web site is www.reflex-nutrition.com . my mate is 6'4" and he used to be well skinny.he took the instant mass for about six weeks and looked completly different. he went to the gym 3 times a week .he didnt do it to look musculer just to look more filled out.

So if i eat more, and also have some sort of weght/mass gain it should fill me out a lil..
been finkin of goin the gym but its the whole being thin in the 1st place that stops me.

if you are going to go to the gym then u definetly want a weight gain .if you go to gym u will increase the muscles u have but by taking the weight gain it will gie you more mass to work with therefore you will get bigger quicker. you need to 'rip' you muscles they then grow back bigger and stronger .by lifting heavy weights say 20 times it will rip you muscles and if you want to tone you muscles up you need to lift light weights but more times say 50.if you see what i mean???

ballin.. i didnt eat meat before i lost all the weight, and was always maintained around 12.5 stone.. that y i say i dont need meat.. coz i dont.. i can see that it would help.. but i got to the weight before without it so i can do it again without it

Christ smokin has increased by a stupid ammount, and the weed aswell. im making an effort 2 cut down on cigs tho n try n keep it just down 2 a cpl of joints a day.
My lifestyle is kinda up n down, late nights doin gigs etc, it was depression n the breakdown that lost all the weight, but im nearly 100% again n just cant seem 2 go newer with it
