47.5 K dumb bell press for 8 reps fours sets, very very happy, not bad for an old man,it was quite difficult balancing a 37.5 and 10 K dumbell together.need to look for a new gym now with more weight

What exercise? Still a good weight.

How the hell do you balance two weights together? You need to get some cheap bars with the threaded collars that you can load 10k plates onto..

flate chest press, hold the 37.5 at full extension on the bench then get your partner to drop the 10K dumbell inbetween and steady them so they dont tip, when finshed your partner removes the 10k bell and you lower the 37.5s
the problem is where I train is a small health club at the local hotel,I have now exhausted what is in there so I need to move on now

Good weight, you must be pleased. I have no idea what a respectable weight in on BD flat bench. I literally started doing these last week as my benching has not improved for a while so I'm mixing it up.

Defo need to find a new gym, not sure I'd want to run the risk of a 10k DB falling on my face, I'm ugly enough as it is!

yes it is a little dangerous Ima sure if the manager see us doing it she will bann it,just like she banned me putting extra dumbells on the shoulder press and cable machine
