do you get bad clutch judder on pull away from a 6 paddle alcon

sierra sapphire cossie replaced clutch with alcon 6 paddle and std pressure plate had flywheel skimmed and got judder on pull away

that would only stop the gearbox from going on as the splines wouldnt be in line,

how many miles have you done since it was fitted? may be yours needs a few miles to bed in? although I have fitted many without the probs you seem to be getting with a 6 plate NOW if it was a 4 plate I'd say grin and bear it!

done bout 500mls its only on pull away after its fine,did use one of them clutch aligning tools so should be lined up

it might need a bit of stick just to get it to face up properly... and they do take a bit of getting used to, you find yourself trying too hard to make it smooth and end up overcompensating on the movments of your foot, i get a similar thing driving a car with very light pedals (compared to the cossie) the brakes are super sharp and the throttle with the slightest tough makes the car rev to what it sound slike nearl flat out, wheras the throttle pedal ona cossie is very progressive imo and u can hold it any any revs even in nuutral without over revving...

the judder is more pronounced if you've got a bit of play in the prop or driveshaft CVs
