FINALLY, even tho i have no transport, and I got the flu and feel like shit at mo, i got down the workshop this weekend with one of my more useful mates (cheers greg! ), and got on with some work...
First some general spannering, got the 5stud conversion finished, woo.
Then realised the Ebay camber arms DONT fit (the metal is far too thick to fit, and they measured it from the inside and not the outside), they will do with some mods, but i cant be arsed.
Then couldnt get one of tension rods out as it seems to have had a lil smack at some point, but with a grinder i cut the old one out and fitted the adjustable ones.
Then decided the stainless steering bush and rack bushes are a wanker to fit so gave up as i wanna drive the bastard car.
THEN decided to see how hard it is to remove the rear bumper, and the answer was... VERY.
So I decided to remove it my own way...
Huzzah to angle grinders!
Then thought fuck it, spannerings hard work, lets drill loads of holes in the bodywork, break out the cable ties, and mock up the bodykit to see how much horrendous work will be needed to fit it...

Fitted remarkably well! With a lil bit of shaving on a few parts it was fine, well more than good enough for a drift car, woo.
So decide to hunt around for some matt black paint.
And heres the results...

Only a prick would hold bodykits on a car thats gonna get crashed a LOT with anything other than cable ties, as with them a little smack should take the whole piece off in one, rather than just smash it to bits.
Only cable ties had spare were TOTAL shit and kept snapping, so got tru about a million of em
And im gonna take em all off again and replace em with stronger ones of a comedy colour qnyhow, either pink or orange i reckon.

well,those bloody tie wraps are RUBBISH!we threw away as many as we used!as you can see we like to keep a tidy workshop bloody didnt realise rentn was there taking pics till i popped my head out of the wheel arch to see a lense in my face! scared the shit out of me! it WILL be on its wheels and rolling this weekend if it kills me.then we just need it on the ramps to fit some of the shiny bits (hurry up renton!)

Yup, arch roller will be back from Squint on Friday at the latest it seems, and ill take loads of pics of the fun n games of doing that.
Its easy anyhow, already flared the shit out the Volvo arches with no prob.
Got some bonnet pins and Cusco rear toe arms now too...
Wasnt sure wether to bother with the stg3 shit and GT28RS, but i wanna now...

and before ANYone starts the original ones came off and we tried to put the new ones on as per the originals! even had renton have a look!
seems we CAN adjust the rear then,ill throw those on in 5 mins mate,no worries!

Cheers for the comments everyone, just shame i didnt have a camera today or there would be LOADS more, as now the car sits on its wheels
And looks foooooooookin amazing!
Now the car is properly 5studded, has front and rear adjustable camber and toe, adjustable front castor, new ARB links with poly bushes, and best of all, some cool as fuck work equip dishy rims!
Rear rubs like fuck at mo, front does if turn the wheel much, but not got the arch roller out on the go yet, and still needs the 215s putting on the front.
Suprised it dont rub even more tho!
Put new exhaust on too, all fits perfect.
Bodykit looks way cooler than it already did now the cars on the ground too.
Bought new S13 front arms complete with balljoints for 75quid for the pair today, "modified" the lock stops, and put em on, far easier than fucking about fixing mine...
On 2nd glance at the rear camber arms neither of us can belive we put em on backwards, we was even commenting that they were designed to look backwards compared to the originals, which is totally wrong, they identical, but for some reason, even tho it was only 2mins after removing std one, we was convinced we took it off the other way
Only other spastic moment was when i spent ages getting all the suspension done up, put wheels on, and the front were loose as fuck n knocking, was proper worried that summat was totally fucked, then realised id only done up the actual lower coilover bolts up finger tight
Took turbo n manifold off to put GT28RS on (only took 20mins, getting good at that!), but couldnt put turbo on as need new turbo-elbow studs, and even more annoying, the thread on the new turbo oil feed hole is different to the original, so need a different oil feed bolt!
Getting close tho, and looking soooooooooo cool. Ill have pics by wednesday id expect...

Need to put my 215/40s on the front, at mo its on 235/45 all round :wack:
After some serious arch flareage (which is on some pics, the 2 before the last one, the darker ones, but cant tell too much, as pics are gay) there loads of room on the rear, and dont rub at any lock on the front outside, but does loads on inside still, so need to get the sledge hammer out some more, and prob spacers too.
And BIG thanks to Greig (Bigwig074) for all the help this weekend and whatever, as we got shitloads done
