Yes got it last night , over the moon with it barrys work is phenomenal , he's selling the focus aswell, and his truck and my mate is away to buy the 3 door I think it's time for him to get the space to build new projects either that or after he sells them all he'll need all the space to put his cash lol

the wheels on the focus are 18x8 et33 and i'm using 28mm spacers.

I swapped my escort Cosworth for it, I have been wantin it since he started building it, he was building my mk1 fiesta van Cosworth for me at the same time, and now that I actually do own it , I don't want to use it because it's so clean, so it's either I keep it and use it for shows only or sell it and get a car I can get the use out of, because if I use this and get it stone chipped etc I'll be pissed right off, so some one else could have it that's not as much a bufty as me and use it , this car is so much better in the flesh than in the pics

Can you go into any more detail on how you made the diff? I assume the case is sealed and oil filled, with an internal flange to take the diff core and an external one to take the sprocket?
How did you work the drive flanges and external bearings?
