i've tried to keep the bottom arms and the link bars for adjusting the toe equal lengths and there isn't a lot of travel in the suspension so it shouldn't have much effect on the toe angle.

How long is the whole thing ?it looks about thirty five foot long from the pics.
Yet another nice built from you [/QUOTE
the trailers 30 feet, think it's about 45 feet when on the transit, it's only 3 feet longer than a standard transit pickup and car trailer.
i ahve just renewed my mot licience and something that was brought up was vehicles fitted with fifth wheels, its coming more common usualy f150 pickups, it turns out any vehicle fitted with a fifth wheel has to have a hgv test at the local goods vehicle test centre if you dont believe just douvle check with james at motorsport he'll confirm this, from that id say you also need the hgv licience hope this helps
i thought there was some thing about your licence to do with fifth wheel vehicles
just some thing i heard a few years ago.
hope this isnt the case for you rwdlynch
i cant say about the licience for sure but for mot its defo a hgv test, usually if there is no load on the fifth wheel you can drive it on an old car licience, as son as you connect to the fifth wheel it usually reverts to class 1
