i spent last nite reading this on mk1 forum great fab work again fella ,you need do this full time instead joinery lol,with this an the focos ,both top noch jobs

you really need to get the weight down as much as possible on these bike engined cars as they have so little torque, and it looks like you are doing a good job on that front so far

That looks like it's gunna b fun. Can I suggest 1 thing tho, don't hold the fuel tank down with brackets bolted to the floor and welded to the tank.
It's quite easy for the welds to crack and leak fuel if there's any movement. Your safer if you have 2 rubber straps going over the top of the tank and bolted down.
