no, i used the grinder to lower the sx lol
ill do yours but you will need the car resprayed cos it fucks the paint, cracks it and you use a heat gun in em too, so burns lol
plus your arches are prolly too rusty and will just crumble

fezza rs, you could but, as i only picked the block up toaday, and i mean bare block, you wont get very far lol
quick update, the car went off to the bodyshop last sat.
and now its back at our lock up
not because its really shit, they want me to totally strip it, i mnea remove all engine and running gear, loom - everything
then they will collect it as a rolling shell on a trailor and tow it back to the shop
as they dont have the time or space to do it themselves.
fair enough, but im booked up for the next month lol so it will be done as and when lol
i also need a genuine 3dr bumper as the one i got they wont touch lol
i picked up my nicely machined block, polished crank, and bottom end bearings today too. so just need a couple of hole drilling in the block for oil return and breather then i can start on the buld.
ooooh exciting stuff! its all happeing now
hopefully get my one off flywheel this w/e too.

Lee, the place who do my machining are called M&J Engineering in westbury, they do a shit hot job and are very reasonable too.

got bored in the que for donny show last week so i abused the hire car

got busted by the cops too
but they let me off
anyway, back on topic lol
got my big valve head back from specialised engines...
looks good here, but need to take it to the machine shop to be done properly as it looks like they forgot to cut the 3rd angle in the zorst valve seats

dont think they ported it either, just polished up the ports


polished crank from M&J

and heavy duty big ends, and std mains, again from M&J

and then on sat Doug (Garage19) delivered my one off flywheel. its a cossie style one to fit a zetec crank, weighs in at 5.5KG and looks the fucking don

paint job is being done at weston accident repair centre, part of chippenham accident repair centre, but in weston
