Dan,

Remember those bulk head mods we talked about? I think you might want to go for them. Re-locating Col's thermostat housing is turning out to be a complete c-unit of a job!

I will have a measure up when next at Col's and give you some dimensions of the box you need to put in the bulk head.

Should be fairly easy to cut out / weld in.

Will the body shop weld it in for you?

Yep, Colins engine is in.

I think you will need a small box cut into the top edge of the bulkhead. Nothing too dramatic. It should be a peice of wee for a man with your skills. Just get a nice thin (1mm) cutting disk for your grinder. I might be able to get you some steel cut/bent if you get really stuck!

Your sump is cut up and sat in the corner of Col's workshop waiting for fabrication.

Fookin lethal really, angle grinders.

Dropped one on my shin a while back. Got it butterfly stictched up cos i was too much of a pussy to have propper stitches

He needs to finish his new inlet manifold as we lost the old one We think it fell out of the boot of the BM at brunters

New exhaust is pretty much made apart from down pipe.

Just got to order GT30, injectors and ECU this month and it should be pretty much there. Oh and make a new cambelt tensioner

Then she will be ready for mapping.
