Looked stunning in the metal. Love the stance and black/blue colour scheme.
I vote for no spoiler too, those things on the boot are strangely cool and look very SiTech-like!

RS500 front splitter and turbo support hanger are only vital things needed now, looks awesome.
Deffo needs the support, that turbo is a heavy fucker, will cane that manifold without it,

ill get some braces made up for the turbo, so no worries there. one on top, one from under
Spec off the top of my head is
2.0L silvertop block with 0.5mm over bore
polished std crank
heavy duty bearings
Carrillo con rods
Wiseco 0.5mm oversize pistons with a 7.77:CR
Focus RS head gasket
Stage 3 ported and polished big valve head (33.5mm inlet, 30mm exhaust)
Piper custom Cosworth BD10 grind cams
Piper vernier pulleys
Piper valve springs
Piper hydraulic tappets
Ford cam belt and tensioner kit
Titan Motorsport roller barrel throttles
XS Power Nissan 200SX tubular exhaust manifold
XS Power T3/T4 turbo (bit smaller than an RS500 T4)
XS Power 38mm external wastegate
Custom winged sump for RWD
Retro Ford water rail and thermostat housing
edit to add Siemans 650cc injectors and std oil and water pump, SECS S8 ECU
think thats about it

Dan,
As I once mentioned to you, it is impossible to map a turbocharged engine on throttle bodies using Secs S8.
What ecu do you plan on using? My advice is to use pectel T6-2000 as this has multimap facility, allowing rpm/throttle angle correction to your speed/density fuel map, necessary when using individual throttle bodies on a turbocharged engine.

Hi Karl, i do remember the conversation we had, so i think just to get the bloody thing running i will just bolt the rollers open and use a single throttle for now.
then in about 10 years when i have the cash, get the Pectel T6 and go from there
might be sooner if i get a decent payout for the bike crash lol
Karl, off hand, do you know how much id be looking at for the T6?
Thanks

Yes the Emerald can multi map 3 maps in total and they can be used in lots of different ways.
For example
MAP1 could be TPS based and high octane ignition timing etc
MAP2 could be MAP sensor based and high or low octane fuel ignition timing
MAP 3 could be either of the above and say low boost setting
Got this info from Keith @ JKM

Dan - i'm going to be using AEM Universal for my ZT on throttle bodies...
Also - i've got the part number for the proper thottle position sensor if you need it?
Sam at Active sensors is very pleasant to deal with - think she told me it was around Ł85 including the VAT

Big Will 85 got any links mate? as for the TPS, i already have the active sensors one
ben25
hoping for around 450bhp and the same in torque, if not more on a zetec
inlet plenum is currently being made at the mo, and its a trick bit of kit i am told
soon as its back, ill get some pics up.
decided to take the exhaust manifold off tonight, and see about cutting the flange off to have a zetec one bolted on, then i can do away with the adaptor plate i had made that was a pain in the ass
then after that, there still a shit load to do

Oh - and is your inlet plenum 'tricker' than mine?

All the quip will be anodized black stuff - the blue/red was just for mockup.
How have you got on with your injectors dan? I'm on siemens 650's from the states and when i actually greased the O-rings and seated them properly i found they were 5.7mm shorter than a standard pico! Had to machine about 4mm off the fuel rail mount on the Titans!
I'll e-mail you some more pics when its done matey
