Default Problem fitting 17" wheels

Wondered if anyone could help. I have bought some 17 " wheels for my Escort S2 Turbo and they are scrapping on the rear wheel arches.
Has anyone got a solution for this problem as many other people have put 17" wheels on their cars.

You may need to have the back arches sorted a bit as they can catch especially once the car is lowered.

Brought them yesterday from a wheel and tyre shop. They are ordered in for a rs turbo so they should fit.

you will need to have the arches rolled mate

most rst that are lowered with 17s will have arch mods at 25mm drop if yours is more then have a look at the top of the rear bumper as this is where the wheels rub aswell

I would imagine that they are ET35. The only answer is arch work and its a bit of a b'stard on an ERST because of the Bodykit.

ET38 would have been better, but they might have touched the insides of the Front Arches (better IMO as at least this doesn't shred the tyres).

What wheels are they?
