Default 1/4 mile time for 320bhp saph cossie ?

did 1/4's in my car for the first time at the pod this weekend and wondered what times I should be getting in it.
Its approx 320bhp 4x4 saph cossie and has a boot full of stereo which prob makes a diff to times.
best time was 13.2 with a terminal of 108.
should I be doing better ?

Hi Jay, hows things mate!?

1/4 time sounds pretty good with 'only' 320bhp, not a bad terminal either, sure someone with a cossie will correct me tho!

I've done a 13.1 in my 320bhp 4 x 4, but only managed a 103 terminal - car launches well, but no real go later on.

From your terminal I'd say you're doing well so

Cheers
Si

something to compare too, my 2wd 341bhp/348lbft saph did 4 runs ... 13.3, 13.201,13.007 and a 12.75 ... that was on quite a hot day as well... so i think your times are well in there!!!!

See your car at USC on your stand with your ticket stickingout from you bonnet saying 'With Boot full of ice'

It's practice makes perfect really....i've been driving like a tool for ages and managed a 12.82 @ 108mph (My best ever) at the weekend it's practice practice practice.

13.2 is a very resepctable time for a stage 3 saff with a full load.....noticed you still had a standard cooler aswell.......

And sorry for sounding absolutley stupid but are you female? As i see a lady driving the car on Sunday up near the drifting area.

Thanks everyone makes me feel a bit better, I kept feeling as though I was messing the start up and bogging down mainly because I always here stories of people blowing the diffs at the pod in there 4x4's and wanted to go easy on mine
My other half was driving the car around the drift area handing out leaflets for me.
Pro alloy RS500 cooler is next on the list

I came away happy as I had the fastest car on the stand even over the 2.7 twin turbo S4 and I beat my mate in his skyline GTS-t not that I went on and on about it to him honest

Smit what sort of spec are you runing to get 340bhp ? I'm thinking of upgrading but not sure what to do next. I have pocketed pistons so I can run diff cams etc but I have the smaller housing on my T34 and some have suggested the larger one to gain power. This cossie scene is all new to me I was a zetec man lol

Running a T34 .48 with 28peak 24hold...

Would need to get a new chip but the boost doesn't back right off at high revs like the old T3 did

If u don't mind a little more lag the better boost up high in the revs then get one! O and don't forget the chip aswell
