What year van is it?
If it's 1991 or newer from memory the drum slides off and the hub stays put. The studs can be knocked out with a suitable drift or punch and a hammer.
You can then draw the new stud in by pushing through the hub then put a couple of big washers over it, screw the nut on and carefully tighten it up till the stud has pulled into the hub fully.

OK this turned into a battle, finally removed the drum, after levering it off, it kept springing back, replaced the studs, then couldn't get drum back on,they wouldn't go over the shoes,
Then fluid started seeping out, it was getting late, so left off drum for time being,
Is there something I can push back in to stop the leak or is it new components,
Looks like a fitting in between the shoes,
With black rubber washers??
