Default Should I Remove Inlet Manifold?...

... After a fuel regulator failure on the YB ? Working out mine had perished ive just purchased a new one , ordered fresh oil and filter too but now i,m thinking maybe i need to clean the manifold. Ive not checked inside for fuel as of yet i,m hoping it evaporates
But should i be removing the inlet and cleaning fully before next start up?

I would as petrol is a food degreaser so any shit in your manifold will prob be loose and will end up in your engine!

Good point i didnt think about the crap it can drag in there aswell .Parts list still growing then lol

Does it leak inside or? If it`s just make it go rich, then the fuel will been past manifold and into the head. If it leaks inside and got fuel to go into vakum hoose, then you can got some in plemium

Yes the vacuum pipe is flowing fuel nicely , the plugs were sooted so badly also. I'm not sure how long its being doing it either . It must be around a week or so as i did notice lack of throttle response the more i think about it.
If only i bought a new one when the engine was done it would of saved me a few ££ and the hassle.
