Guy in work had one and again pump/injectors on a one owner 100k mile car, cost a few £££ to sort but their a lot more robust than the useless mondeo mk3 tdci contraptions.
General faults are few,the dash electrics play up sometimes and I'm not 100% but I think there may be a rear bush issue as they get higher miles but the car in general is a really well put together bit of kit, loved my 1.8 zetec estate, drove like new on 130k.

Bought ours a good few years back, reached 150k before the injector pump went. Started struggling to start in the mornings so changed the glow plugs and the diesel filter but eventually got it down to the injector pump.

Edit: Sourced a 50,000 engine, box and ECU and plumbed it in. That was 30k ago..

Thats all really I've ever had go wrong, the odd power steering pump (after a year the replacement one gave up) and a little bit of rust on the bottom of the rear doors - apart from that shes a beast.

If you hold the trip button down, then turn the ignition on. You can filter though the various modes until you get to DTC - that'll show up the error codes (but you need to take a book etc to decipher them).

On the previous engine I was losing water near the thermostat housing.

The pumps are common for going faulty as said above.
