As I said above mate, I think you seem like a nice guy, and clearly well into your fords etc so I am sure I'd enjoy meeting you, I just wont personally ever be going into business with you or getting a car tuned by you etc.

But I have lots of friends I think are rubbish at their job, thats got naff all to do with if they can be a good mate or not.

I do stand by though that you massively played up how much of a part you were of EP though, I like most people on this forum got the impression it was your company.
Then when things went wrong you claimed it was NOTHING to do with you, even though you were the very clear and present front man for it on here. I will take some time when I am less busy to go and find some posts from you saying "we" this "I" that in the context of EP, and then some more of after it all went tits up saying "it was never anything to do with me" to prove the point seeing as you have basically just called me a liar and im nothing of the sort. Hell as I just mentioned, you even had the name "Danny@EnhancedPerformance"!


Benni would happily argue white was black if it was with me, the sad little fella is quite literally obsessed with me on here, hell he even used to have my car as his signature at one point so I really wouldnt take too much confidence from having the man famous for sticking a fanta bottle up his arse and posting pictures of it on here as meaning everyone else also disagrees with me that you blatantly changed your tune about EP to suit yourself, MOST people on here would see it the same way as me I would wager.

Stu can confirm i had to have the name danny@ep as they made me be a trader before i even was allowed back on here..this pushed me to help luke even further at the time as i had to pay fees..

I always said i was a spokesman for ep !!! everyone knew that apart from the few like your self who choose to think what you want..

When it comes to me and luke it was always mine,ours ,weve... i did all of what i did for no capital gain other than having my car looked after!! god how many times do i have to say this??

Is it because in your mind and maybe others that if i was more involved in the company i could be blamed for the stuff that went wrong??what difference would that really make??

If i was the boss when luke was going down hill as he will tell i would of over seen everything done and made sure all work was completed and if he couldnt i would of got suitable help as in case youve forgotten i know most if m
not all the other big btuners and their workers around here and surrounding areas..


I was not and at the time luke wasnt listening plus i had no idea about how bad the finances were!!!!why?? because as said 100 times the business was not mine i just helped and had no part of the money side..


Any way again big questions and answers ignored like stus above and the matter of our map not being spoke about???

Danny, TBH I couldnt really work out what you were trying to say with your last post so didnt have anything to add really, I still feel same as I did before, that you were part of EP when it suited you to be and then as soon as it didnt you were off like a shot.

Thats how it appears on here to most people I would think.

Not piggy backing and never do!!!

Just try to learn more every day..i dont even try and say i understand everything but i do understand a lot and your comments earlier were wrong!!

Im not going to even start to begin to argue over the fact when there is better suited people than me to do that but i do know your are wrong and im hoping that stu will come on at some point and tell you and chip why!!

Hey if i need to go in i do and if i dont i go and play poker the night before as its now getting pretty profitable for me..

The thing is chip it doesnt matter what you or any one actually think!!

I didnt get paid for any services i provided from ep i just got my car looked after which worked well for me and luke..

There was always talk of me and luke becoming partners but im not the sort of bloke that cant be in total control and luke had got into his own habits since the days of working for me so i always declined the offer..

When things were good luke got all my twin exhaust fabricated for amongst some other nice things that must of cost him a few grand so i was happy..


As for getting business now on here im honestly not bothered..

If some one came to me id genuinely help them get a get deal and a good job as i always have joe stevens to fall back on for a nice place to build engines at trade price still and he also has a pukka dyno which luke can use for mapping so yes i can still do stuff but as a business im not bothered as i sold my own business in 08..



I would like to meet more from here and make more friends though so hopefully when my car is done i will do that

The signature is still there. Of course I'm obsessed, the fact that I was just correcting you because you was talking rubbish and Danny had said numerous times what his roles were with his friend Luke, and you still tried to be a smart arse has nothing to do with it. It's all an obsession.

You seem to have skipped Stu when he corrected you, shame as I thought you was always keen to learn. Everyone seems to be having a go at Danny, but so far he's provided everything he's been asked to, has hid nothing and is now waiting for the other side, yet people still are having a go at him. People have been quick to make the effort and search for his and Luke's previous mistakes, but I remember a lot of threads with happy customers from EP, and no-one seems to want to post them up?

When someone !!! uses loads of !!! exclamation marks !!! when they !!! post, they !!! seem to get !!! wound up !!!

Obviously !!! we're only !!! human so it's hard !!! not to egg said person !!! on a little!!!

Having said that, Danny (!!!) keeps harping on about the fact that he never made any money of EP and thus isn't full of shit when he states he 'had nothing to do with EP'.

This is completely irrelevant ofcourse, fact remains that Danny shouts about his connection with EP when things are on the up and up, but has nothing to do with EP when the chips are down.

The real funny point here is turbosystems is slagging a company that no longer is running????

The next point is who would use a tuner that quite clearly is a child in an old mans body? Tell me passionford users who other tuner posts on here to slag another tuner? Groupies yes do it for there tuner (rainbird, rod etc etc but not the tuner and bless the groupies as they only do it for a discount )

to be fair we dont 100% know the true sources of any map posted by anyone on this thread tony stu karl or anyone could post a map claiming to be written by someone else and we only have their word for it, though some people may be more credible than others (this is not a dig at anyone in particular btw)

The map wedid for steve is the one that tony is questioning...

We have it on file and what tony has poted is the exact one,there is no point in tony or us trying to compare a different one as it even has its own address..

The figures tony posted are correct but he is wrong to pick up on the said points and then blame them for the det caused as luke knows the car was not detting when it left him..

Karl has been emailed the exact same file for his opinion and even though all these figures are on this very thread for all the above experts to comment not one of them has..


Believe me if there was a clear point in any of them figures where any one person could say that was what was wrong they would of by now!!

Not one word since just a lot of speculating from no it alls that havnt even ever mapped a car on webber ..

On top of this where are the said pistons???not a pic at all! why you ask ?

Maybe its the last thing they really want to post pics of because its det down to fuel and not spark therefore chucking tonys theory out the window???maybe ah?

Ok now here is the million dollar question what is the difference between a fuel detted piston and a spark detted piston because as soon as the piston photos arrive we all need to know what we are looking for !

the detted pistons ive seen in my experience have always either had a melted hole roughly through the middle of them or a straightish line of melted crown leading from the middle towards the edge ending in totally melted ringlands
i dont know which kind of det caused either one so cannot comment any further

I sold that engine on, a very good spec MAD engine. Steve bought the shell with running gear less engine. Hang on why am i being brought into this?

There is many ways it could of detted but if it was alittle bit at a time from spark then it will look like loads of little bits of piston missing around the rings like something eating it away on the exhaust side..

If it was a fueling failure it will look more like a melted scrape where the piston is grabbing the bore due to to much heat build up..

Im sure others can give a better description but thats a couple to hand..

The afr graph shows a nice lambda and if the fuel table was something to moan about then it would of been...

Infact luke said he left steves a little richer at the top as it responded better to it..

Fueling on graph on boost was .82 and tailing of to .78 at the limiter

no the fpr is debateable if the car was contiusly drove then yes its just that i can understand to a point where Danny is commng from with Tony as he believes he and luke did a good job but your coments are what exactly as Tony didnt supply the engine or the map ! the map was a msd to begin with until ep remapped it , so Tony's only involvement is hes rebuilding steves poorly engine and believing the map was incorrect

Just incase you havnt read this thread correctly
stu ,karl ,tony have all agreed the ignition was ambitious but stu threw chip a bone till this point no tables or pics have been posted so we either loose the will to live waiting or give up

Infact luke said he left steves a little richer at the top as it responded better to it..

Fueling on graph on boost was .82 and tailing of to .78 at the limiter

no you missed my point mate IF rainbirds tables are exact then your igntion show a average +4 of average at those points so if the car was rich enough then maybe it could of been safer Dan After all it is a common conception that the car will be richer on a dyno than on a road
