Easily led

Only messing mate you know it works wonders on your car, i'm really interested to see yours with a Hart fitted - treat yourself for xmas

Just one genuine question regarding this cooler, the core height is smaller to a normal one and once fitted behind say a standard 3dr bumper will there be enough air flow as the standard bumper is pretty restrictive for the size of the spec r as it doesn't come up as far as the grill.

I think i have spent enough on the old banger this year, i have still got to pay Pete when he does my intercooler so no chance of a Hart plenum this year.

I will see if i can get some photos for you.

There must be enough air flow other wise Mark Shead would of told Pete about it.

Just curious as the standard bumper is quite chunky and with the cooler being situated only behind the small air intakes.

Has anyone fitted to a 3dr yet?

here are some more pictures i asked pete for, of my cooler fitted to a 3dr. also for anyone who was asking about it fitting with other rads, these coolers fit all rads.

the pictures of the 2 coolers are for.. a hart plenum and 1 to match the standard plenum.

this is a picture of the off set brackets you get when you buy the cooler. (for free )

here's one with my airtec 60mm rad fitted with my cooler

picture of how it lines up for the best flow possible

Name: Mk13DrIntercoolerHartPlenum.jpg
Views: 61

i wanted oil cooler brackets fitting because i will be adding one at some point, this was all in with my price.

this is just for show because the one pete will supply me is going to be side exit cooler so it will save on the price of the fittings, not needing 90 degree bends
also it will be rubber mounted to eliminate heat soak

Any pics of what the cores look like internally ?

External appearances look vaguely familiar. Although given how they seem to perform....they cant be what I'm thinking.

well he cant exactly put any design into the core itself as its just a off the shelf core from garrett with his end tanks on.

im hoping to take my car down to EP again early next year so they can help me with my fuelling, might see if we can bolt my cooler onto dannys car for a bit of testing to see how the big thick ebay one holds up
